Duties
- Planning and implementation
- Planning, develop, and execute the marketing strategy for the group
- Make use of competitor analysis and market’s information to develop marketing strategy
- Work closely with the BOD and Sales team to achieve annual targets for the business unit via both ATL & BTL marketing as well as engaging potential trade partners
- Create, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns based on business plan and as per guideline of BOD
- Support Sales and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads through different marketing channels
- Responsible for content strategy, and ownership of all owned online channels such as social media and the corporate website
- Regular campaign monitoring and optimization
- Planning and organizing company events
- Managing budget overview for all marketing-related activities
2.Brand Building
- Being responsible for brand management and trademark identity
- Planning and conducting suitable online and offline marketing campaigns within a budget
- Oversee the creation and publication of all marketing materials (POSM, leaflets, etc.) in line with marketing strategy & company’s business plan
3. Team Management
- Determine the strengths and weaknesses of each member to build sustainable team
- Identify goals and evaluate based on performance
- Manage and evaluate relevant external vendors’ performance
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing, including 1 - 2 years in Marketing Management
- Strong visual art skills (required)
- English fluency, priority is given to candidates who can speak Chinese
- Relevant brand marketing experience especially B2B marketing and corporate marketing
- Relevant Below the Line marketing experience especially hosting event, conferences, from brainstorming idea, apply for licenses, preparation, & activation
- Organize internal events, diliver company cultural messages through internal activity programs
- Strong SEM skills, sensibilization to content, and SEO
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and event marketing
- Good understanding of digital marketing trends in Vietnam
- Interest in logistics
- Ability to travel for business when required
- Critical thinking, strategic planning, & good presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Dynamic style, confidence, flexibility, good adaptability
