JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop new business opportunities in international freight forwarding (air, sea, land).
- Conduct cold calls and customer visits to identify potential clients and build a sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations based on customer requirements.
- Understand client needs and offer customized logistics solutions to meet their supply chain challenges.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient shipment handling.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Report regularly on sales activities and progress.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
- Good English communication skills are a plus.
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
