THIS LETTER IS WRITTEN AS WARNING ABOUT THE MESSAGE: “OUR COMPANY BRAND HAS BEEN USED FOR PHISHING SCAM PURPOSES”.
Today, one of our customers received an email purportedly sent by Times Cargo Logistic Co., LTD, using a fake e-mail address and fake signature, in order to steal customers information or hacking purposes. These actions can bring serious problems to its victims. This letter was not sent by Times Cargo Logistic Co., LTD and represent a fraudulent attempt to elicit funds from our customers.
Kindly pay attention, Times Cargo Logistic Co., LTD has one and only official domain address is @tcllogistic.com, any other email addresses are fake. Customers, Shipping line and Agency should NOT reply, provide any information nor send any funds, to any e-mail addresses or accounts as indicated in this letter and e-mail. Furthermore, we want to inform you that our bank account has not changed. We will send an official notification document if there is a change in the future.
